Online Series – Understanding Times of Transition – Staying Well-Informed During My Time of Change
W00CBX-newscat-gender |
For many working women, the menopausal transition brings about noticeable changes—physically, emotionally, and in terms of their professional identity. It is not uncommon for questions to arise that receive little attention in the daily work routine, even though they significantly influence one’s performance, well-being, and sense of direction.
This online series of workshops is designed for all female employees who wish to gain in-depth information, clarify their questions, and place their individual experiences within a broader context. It is also intended for all male employees who work with these women—and who want to learn more about this important phase of life.
Each of the two-hour workshops begins with a concise 30-minute overview that introduces the respective topics in a clear, nuanced, and scientifically grounded manner. The focus then deliberately shifts to open discussion: In a safe and supportive environment, ample time is provided for questions, personal concerns, and in-depth discussions.
Topics and dates:
March 19, 2026, 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM: Hormone Replacement Therapy: Yes or No? – Who? How? When?: An overview of options, limitations, and decision-making processes—so you’re better prepared for your next doctor’s appointment! Registration, March 19th

This series of workshops invites participants to view the years of transition as a phase of conscious reorientation – one that allows room for questions, uncertainties, and individual solutions. For this reason, the workshops are deliberately designed to be dialogue-oriented and address the diversity of individual experiences and needs.
It is expressly possible and advisable to book the individual sessions independently of one another. Each session begins with a contextual overview of the menopausal years and then focuses on the selected topics.
The program creates a trusting environment where information, exchange, and personal guidance have a place – for everyone who wishes to shape this phase of life actively, informedly, and self-determinedly.
