In this seminar program, TUM Gender Equality Officers in the Schools and TUM gender equality actors learn about their tasks and duties and how to successfully demand and enforce equal opportunities. One of the goals is to make it easier for new officers to get started in their elective office, to provide them with helpful information, and to help them find their new role in the School. The events also provide targeted support for experienced commissioners and other TUM gender equality actors and make their day-to-day work easier.
The program includes both interactive workshops and lectures and takes place every semester.
Please note: All seminars are offered only in German language so far.
